SHRI R G RAJAN
CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Shri R.G. Rajan is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. He has also done MBA from Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, U.K. He has more than 29 years of experience in the field of Conceptual Design, Process Design and Project Management. Areas of expertise include Gas Pipelines, LPG Pipelines, Gas Processing Plants, Petro-chemicals etc...

He started his career with Engineers India Limited where he worked for 5 years. For the next 21 years he has served GAIL (India) Ltd. New Delhi where he rose to the position of Executive Director (Project Development) prior to taking up the position of Chairman & Managing Director, Projects & Development India Ltd., Noida on 8 January 2007 .

He is a Six Sigma Black Belt holder and an Energy Auditor, accredited by Bureau of Energy Efficiency. He has to his credit several articles in reputed national journals.

SHRI K.C. KATTA
DIRECTOR (FINANCE)

Shri K.C.Katta, is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His specialization is in the field of Financial Planning, Budgetary Control , Project Financing, etc.

Shri Katta joined Projects & Development India Limited, a premier Design, Engineering and Consultancy organization, in November, 1997 as Director (Finance) and is continuing to lead the organization in financial planning and effective management of the organization. He is one of the Members of the Board and a guiding factor in the growth of the organization. He played a vital role in the Re-structuring and transforming the Company as a vibrant organization.

Prior to joining Projects & Development India Limited, Shri Katta was General Manager (Finance) in Pyrites, Phosphates and Chemicals Limited, A Government of India Undertaking, engaged in the production and marketing of Phosphatic Fertilizers. He joined Pyrites, Phosphates & Chemicals Limited in the year 1988 as Sr. Manager (Finance) and rose to the position of General Manager (Finance) within a short span of 7 years due to his hard work and financial prudence. There also he was the Head of Finance & Accounts Wing of the Company, effectively rendering advices to the Chief Executive and Board of Directors in respect of financial matter.

SHRI B.R. MEENA (I.P.S.) CHIEF VIGILANCE OFFICER

Shri B.R.Meena assumed charge as Chief Vigilance Officer on 26.03.2009. He joined as an IPS in the year 1997 in Uttar Pradesh Cadre. He is a B.E (Electrical), P. G. Degree in Police Management. His Home State is Rajasthan.

Before joining to IPS, he has held several important posts as Assistant Executive Engineer in DOT/NDMC/Delhi Government and served as DANICS Officer in Union Territory of Delhi in 1995-96. As an IPS Officer, he has held several important posts in the state of Uttar Pradesh as Asstt. S.P., Meerut, Bareilly and served in the capacity of SP / SSP-Intelligence, GRP, Special Enquiry, CID Vigilance / Economic Offence Wing / PAC Battalion. He headed several important districts of Uttar Pradesh in this period and served as SP / SSP in districts Kausambhi, Muzzafarnagar, Raibareilly, Jalaun, Gazipur, Baghpat, Bahraich. He also served as SP-Vigilance, Headquarter, before joining as CVO, in Govt. of India.

Shri B.R. Meena takes keen interest in sports particularly in Athletic, long race upto 20 km. He also plays Badminton & Football.

He is keen on involving in Social Activity to serve the society of downtrodden to provide justice to them.
